DESCRIPTION
Every August the Mosquito Fleet, a local moped club, hosts the Blood Drive, drawing in moped enthusiasts from across the country. The 4th year of the rally offered an opportunity to play on words: the hospital theme ties in the Roman numeral IV as well as the imminent road injuries that occur during each rally (dubbed "donating blood" by club members).
